Lawyer Donald Kipkorir recently took to social media to respond to Lillian Ng’ang’a’s unexpected press conference calling out Alfred Mutua.
Kipkorir is one of Kenya’s top lawyers. He argued that the former First Lady of Machakos County made a significant error. This is after she admitted she was not married to Mutua during their nine-year relationship.
According to Donald Kipkorir, his fellow lawyer Philip Murgor misguided her. The case will end up haunting her if they insist on going to court.
Following her latest assertions, he feels Ng’ang’a may end up being apprehended.
“By attesting they were not married with Gov. Alfred Mutua, Former First Lady Lillian Ng’ang’a forfeits all marital claims to Mutua’s property. She also exposes herself to false claims as Machakos County First Lady. Horrible legal counsel,” he argued.
The flamboyant lawyer said that after the press conference, she is the loser. Her admission entitles Alfred Mutua to whatever he gave her.

“In Family Law, money and gifts given in anticipation of marriage are refundable if there is no marriage,” he explained.
“The law requires the Former First Lady to reimburse the Governor. The law says… Restitutio ad integrum.”
Lillian Ng’ang’a stated in her statement that she was not Mutua’s wife during the ten years they were together. According to her, she was just a long-term partner.
She revealed they had a meeting at the Windsor Golf and Country Club on September 22nd, 2021. They were in the company of two mutual friends.
“…Following the two criminal occurrences, I sought a mature and peaceful separation. I also reminded him that, after all, I did not marry you,” she explained.
It was in the meeting that Governor Mutua swore to crash her to ashes. He has not taken the breakup well. Mr. Mutua might now take advantage of Donald Kipkorir’s advice to frustrate the lady.
