Jowie To Be Taken Back To Jail After He Did This

Jowi aka Joseph Irungu is in trouble again after what he went through with the Monica Kimani case.

He is the chief suspect in the murder of Monica. The man spent 2 years in prison, but the court granted him a bond.

He seemed to have restructured his life and model Ella Musangi gave him a chance to love again.

The man even started singing and released a few Gospel songs that did very well here in Kenya.

supposedly, they broke up with the only woman that stood by him when all other slay queens showed him their backs.

The reason for their break-up is Jowie’s cheating tendencies.

On Tuesday, September 28, the High Court will decide whether to rescind Joseph Irungu aka Jowie’s bond.

They granted the bond to him after they accused him of the murder of businesswoman Monica Kimani.

This comes after the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) applied to have Jowie’s bond revoked for allegedly breaking the court’s terms.
According to court documents, Jowie caused a dispute at Club 1824 in Nairobi’s Lang’ata district.

This happened in June this year and allegedly assaulted one Rodgers Okuga.

Although they dropped the case, the DPP claims Jowie committed a crime.

How Jowie Violated his Bond Terms

They also accused Jowie of violating the directions imposed by justice James Wakiaga when he granted him release.

This is because he conducted a series of YouTube interviews in which he addressed the merits of the murder case.

According to an affidavit produced by the investigating officer, Jowie lives in Nairobi and not with his parents.

That is what he claimed in court when he asked to be freed on bail until the outcome of the case.

The prosecution wants the bail to be revoked for the reasons stated above.

Jowi pleaded not guilty in Monica Kimani’s murder case that is yet to be closed.
