Foods we are eating daily are slow killers we are unaware of.
Most of us have several meals on our menu daily, but when you mix these, you’ll have a lethal combination that will hasten your demise in this world.
So it is prudent to examine what you eat daily and begin deciding as soon as possible, before it is too late.
We linked some of these meals to high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, and even cancer.
Try to avoid or limit the consumption of these foods;
1. Tomato Sauce, Canned
In disguise, canned tomato paste is a terrible killer.
It includes a lot of sugar, yet it never occurred to you it could increase your chances of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and even teeth rot.
Simply use fresh tomatoes to make your own sauce, or use pureed tomatoes without added sugar or salt and season with your own seasonings.
2. Soda
Carbonated beverages are your deadliest enemies in your health and well-being.
It can harm your skin, change your blood sugar levels, and disrupt your hormones and emotions.
Don’t allow fooling by marketing ploys or labels that claim it’s beneficial for you or include nutrients that are good for your body.
It only contains sugar, foods color, and preservatives.
Sugar-free versions are no better because they have potentially hazardous artificial sweeteners. Simply produce your own juice.

3. Sugar
Sugar is highly addicting, and because it raises blood glucose levels and produces unhealthy fat, it can contribute to heart disease.
Avoid sugar to lower your chances of diabetes, cancer, obesity, heart disease, and other diseases. Instead of this toxic sugar, eat a bowl of fruit or add honey to your recipes.
4. Vegetable oil
We use vegetable oil in our cooking but have never considered the health implications.
Most Kenyans believe that liquid fat is preferable to solid fat.
Someone genetically changed some of these oils, and we don’t yet know what long-term affects these products may have.
Vegetable oils include harmful trans fats, which can lead to cardiovascular disease, obesity, cancer, and Alzheimer’s disease.
Avoid using vegetable oil in favor of healthier alternatives, such as olive oil, coconut oil, or avocado oil.
6.Margarine:
Marketing has developed the myth that margarine is healthful, which is completely false.
It’s one of the least healthy items in your diet.
So get rid of it! Margarine is a synthetic form of butter made from hydrogenated vegetable oils, and it’s more dangerous and unnatural than you believe.
So, what’s the big deal about it? Trans fats are the ones that can harm your heart, blood vessels, and cholesterol levels.
Consider Other healthier alternatives, include olive oil and avocado oil, which can be spread on bread.
