TSC Breakdown of July 2024 Salary Increment per Job Group: The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has outlined the July salary increments for teachers. The phased implementation of the 2024 CBA aims to address the longstanding issue of low salary increments for teachers.

Once fully implemented, primary and secondary school teachers are expected to benefit significantly. This will align their compensation with Kenya’s economic growth.

This comprehensive pay structure and the planned increments are part of the TSC’s efforts to enhance the remuneration of teachers. It will ensure fair compensation for their roles and responsibilities across different job groups.
