KNEC Invites Applications for these Lucrative Jobs: The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) is the body that manages national examinations at various levels. The government of Kenya has mandated KNEC to manage examinations by registering candidates, setting examinations, and administering examinations right from invigilation to marking.
KNEC, as an examination body, is independent when it comes to recruiting its own staff to enable it to achieve its mandate. It is in that spirit that KNEC has advertised 19 lucrative positions. How to apply
Interested candidates and suitably qualified candidates can visit the KNEC website and download the application form. External applicants can fill the Application for Employment Form KNEC 2A. They can download it using the link: https://knec.ac.ke/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/KNEC-EMPLOYMENT-FORM-2018-EXTERNAL-APPLICANTS.pdf.
Internal applicants can use the Application for Employment Form KNEC 2B using the link: https://knec.ac.ke/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/KNEC-EMPLOYMENT-FORM-FOR-INTERNAL-KNEC-STAFF-REVISED-2018.pdf.
The applicants can then attach an application letter accompanied with copies of academic and professional certificates, and detailed curriculum vitae (CV). The CV must give details of an active daytime telephone contact, email address and current remuneration. One must attach a copy of their latest pay slip.
Besides that, the applicants must include the names and valid contacts of three referees on their CV. The applicants should then submit the detailed application on or before April 23, 2024, to:

Points to note
Remember, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and KNEC will disqualify any candidate that will attempt to canvass. KNEC encourages people who are abled differently and females to apply. Some of the positions are not permanent and pensionable but have five-year renewable contracts. The contract renewal will be purely based on performance.
