Breaking News: Man Utd Agree on A Deal To Sign Jadon Sancho From Borussia Dortmund For A World Record Fee

Manchester United has agreed on a deal to sign Jadon Sancho for a world record fee of 73 million pounds. Jadon Sancho now becomes the 4th most expensive player Manchester united has ever signed after Pogba, Maguire, and Lukaku.

The London born winger has been the top target for the red devils for the past 2 seasons and the Manchester club was not able to agree on a deal for the world-class winger last season who primarily plays on the right-wing for Borussia Dortmund but can play on the left or behind the main striker.

Manchester United decided to abandon the deal when they failed to meet Dortmund’s valuation of the player but it looks like their patience paid off.

Jadon has been the most creative winger in Europe for the past three seasons by over 15assists in each season. He also scores goals and will be useful for Manchester united especially when playing against defensive teams that play lower blocks because he has quick feet and guile that makes it easy for him to glide past defenders with a lot of ease.

Manchester United has in the recent seasons struggled to break down teams that approach their games defensively and the team has dropped very many points against this kind of team, games that they are expected to easily win.

Jadon also provides stiff competition to the club’s current wide players like mason Greenwood and Marcus Rashford with the latter struggling to impress lately even though he has attributed his poor form to recurrent niggling injuries that have yet to be sorted.

This kind of competition for places will trigger everyone to up his game as it happened to Luke shaw who had to raise his game to avoid dropping to the bench when Alex Telles was signed from Porto last summer. This is great news for Manchester United fans who have been crying for the club to sign a world-class right-sided winger.

After the latest signing, Manchester United will turn their attention to sign a center-back and a midfielder.
